"Wayne got his first big break acting as a delinquent in an episode of Casualty, imagining that this would set him on the path to stardom he was a bit disappointed to end up delivering the mail at a London ad agency. Luckily his acting talent was quickly spotted and he moved into account handling, working along the way for Bates, Lowe and TBWA. Fearing that he might be typecast in this role, Wayne gave up Soho in favour of Slough Trading Estate. There he worked as a Marketing Manager, selling hair gel to unsuspecting teenagers. However, in September 2006 after all the gel, wax and putty, joining glue seemed like a natural progression."
