Once all of your belongings are safely in your locker the fuss of material items is taken away. This continues inside the pod, which consists of only bedding and an alarm system that wakes you up with a gradually brightening light - a more natural and, it is thought, calming way to be woken.

However, the lack of natural light does make deciding what to wear without knowing what the weather is like a little bit tricky.

All in all it does the job and offers an alternative resolution and way of thinking towards a common day-to-day situation.
